The BEHOLDER is an innovative consortium-based collaboration between European universities, researchers, law enforcement agencies and cities. It integrates state-of-the-art technologies to provide real-time situational awareness and improve public safety in urban environments. This collaboration aims to innovate the way we detect and respond to CBRNe threats using cutting-edge IoT technologies and artificial intelligence. Project Objectives

During the Prototyping & Testing phase, we will develop and test innovative prototypes to ensure the reliability of the BEHOLDER system in controlled environments. Market Validation involves extensive market research to identify key users, from local authorities to private sector partners. Standardisation will focuses on establishing standardised protocols to ensure that the BEHOLDER system can be deployed across different urban infrastructures.
